We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Items that cannot be returned: pet food, grooming products, or any used/soiled items (for hygiene reasons).

If the product is defective or incorrect, we will arrange for an exchange or full refund.

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
